I'm a newbie who just purchased 12 acres in SE VA. Don't know anything about tractors but need to learn fast. Looking at compact tractors w/loader and mowing deck. Need a box blade also. Considering a 2008 agtrac 3024 and need input

12 acres with steep hills. Half is brush covered
