Machine shop with Cincinnati milling machine, Clausing lathe, DoAll surface grinder, DoAll horizontal and vertical bandsaws, Miller TIG welder, 40 ton hydraulic press, sandblast cabinet, 20 CFM 80 gallon air compressor, DiAcro, Pexto, Niagara, etc. Woodworking shop with Unisaw, 8" jointer, radial arm saw, 20" planer, spindle sander & more |

Property: 1 acre but I am a volunteer maintaining a nature trail right behind my house. With the tractor, I am preparing myself for retirement with more acreage. |
