Getting the grass cut quickly and efficiently, leaving time for my daily run.

John Deere 790, 2WD; Frontier 5' Grooming Mower. Frontier 5' Box Blade, 60" Rotary Cutter and a Boom Pole. I plan to add a post hole digger and a tiller one day.

Property:
3+ acres, it is residential with a small garden, mostly grass and numerous trees.
