Ken, I would ask Toyota about the radiators. That really seems questionable.

Local toyota shop even though bought elsewhere has been very good on any service we have had done there. Think of the four toyotas in our family each has had been there for one thing or another and once a complaint on a pen stripe tape.

Brian, if you did not let the dealership know why thy lost you, he may be at next one you go to.

KT, it wasn't my radiators so I'm keeping my nose out of it.

Brian, mud puddles? Yeesh. Next time they warp you might consider changing them out with an aftermarket slotted rotor that runs cooler.

KT, I'm one of those consumers that just vote with my feet. I realize that doesn't solve anything, but I've found that if I escalate these issues, it often ends up costing me a lot of time that usually accomplishes nothing.
