LAWNS BEEN GONE
Have an area 100 X 200 or less that used to be part of my yard till I let it grow up in weeds brush and small trees.
1* Had the area brush hoged and it left a lot of small short vines and other cuttings that needs raked piled and burned.
2* Also there are a bunch of 4" and smaller trees .

1*What is the best way to clean this up
2*And remove and burn the trees using my BX 23?

A tractor without special attachments may not be too useful for the job. There are rakes, brush forks etc. designed for the job but it'd be a hard call to buy something for what may be a fairly small one-time job.
When I do that sort of job either for myself or on the fire crew I just drive a utility trailer as close as I can, hand rake stuff into piles and throw it in the trailer and drive it to the dump. A pitchfork is good for picking up piles of brush. Around here the Township dumps are close, there aren't any tippage fees for homeowners and no burn permits are needed. A trick for loading brush an trailers is to put down a layer of long branches first. That way the entire load slides out just by pulling on the bottom layer.

I wouldn't hesitate to dig out the larger trees if you don't want them. You could get a Catagory 0-1 york rake to assist in gathering the vines and the debis from the brushhogging and burn them or just raise the deck up and start cutting and after a while it will all rot out and be gone and your lawn will return.

1*No dumps so plan to burn If I can without setting anything else on fire.
2*Sounds good but I will still have to pick up bigger things like chunks of tree limbs & watch out for tree stumps.
Will mow with my wards riding tractor instead of the BX 23
Thanks guys for the tips.
