Four Pack and Six Pack Abs

Both of my teenage kids are on a craze for 4 or 6 pack abs. My son is the worst, he is into these protein whey shakes, amino acid pills, and is trying to follow some body builders approach. He is getting ridiculously strong.. anybody know of any risks to this high protein muscle building technique?

Four Pack and Six Pack Abs

We have some inlaws whose kids were into that. They were far more worried about steroids. After a couple of months of denial it was discovered that they were using steroids.

As far as the protein shakes, I'd look at the ingredients and research any that you haven't heard of.

Four Pack and Six Pack Abs

Haven't heard of a 4 pack --is that like a knockoff version of a 6 pack?

My niece who's 14 says she wants to have 6 pack abs. Never heard that either for a girl. Her mom and I asked her if she meant a flat stomach and she said no! She wants abs!

Myself, I decided rather than abs--4 or 6--I'd opt for the kegger look instead; much easier to maintain.

I thougth keggers on a dirt road were just an Iowa thing.
Somehow my chest dropped down a foot or so.
