Another option would be to mount a 2 inch receiver on your FEL bucket. It is really easy to put trailers in tight places with a front hitch.

That is what I was going to recommend. Trailer dealers use a front hitch on the FEl to push trailers into small spots.

If you have a goose neck trailer they make the 3 point model with ball on top for them also in same unit with lower ball as was being talked about here.

I ended up getting both a Bad River 3pt adaptor and a bucket ball clamp on from Payne. I used the ball clamp this weekend to park my trailer in my shed. Had about 2-3 inches clearance on each side. It was a breeze pushing it through with the tractor. I will use the 3 pt adaptor to do some hauling next summer.

What do you think of the Payne clamp on ball?
I was concerned that it might pull off or move around the bucket with heavy loads.

I had no problem with my empty trailer that weighs about 2800 lbs but you might be right with a heavy load. I see they sell a stabilizer for their forks which tells me that they may move around.
