Looking for body parts-89 amt 626
I'm new to the forums so I apologize if this isn't in the right spot.
Basically like the subject states, I'm looking for body parts for a 1989 amt 626.
The lady I worked for had it in the barn for years...it hasn't ran in at least the 8 years since I've been there so it was going on a decade since it had ran last. The engine in it was ceased up but they had another engine with it that they said burned oil bad...they were gonna take it to the scrap yard...but since I wanted it they just gave it to me.
I changed out the engines and switched the carburetors and now it runs and doesn't burn oil. But it is ugly.
Half the dash is missing and the entire front plastic hood I guess you might call it, more of an apron on the front really is destroyed...Parts seem to be elusive.
As of now I have absolutely no money in it and figure I can at least stick it in the yard and get 400 outta it just cause it runs and the tires hold air but if I got it looking pretty for a reasonable price I might be able to get some more out of it.
Any help or direction would be greatly appriciated....I'm in the Muncie Indiana area if you guys know of any place around here where I might be able to find something. I'm really hoping to avoid the dealership mark-up.

Okay, I'll e-mail you some pictures...but its 11:00 pm right now so it will be sometime tommorrow before I can go and take some pictures.
Like I said there is 2 engines, the one that is in it runs and the one out of it is ceased up but you could probably rebuild it if you wanted to.
Also that number of 400.00 I quoted in my first msg was an initial estimate on my part, really just a number that I was pulling out of the air because I didn't know what it was worth but after seeing others online in comparable condition the price has gone up a little bit...especially since the tires were new when they parked it and still hold air.
But price can be negotiated....and maybe even a trade, we can talk about it, I'll get some pictures taken and e-mail them to you tommorrow.

I haven't forgotten about you. Its been raining the past 2 days I've gotten home and I don't have lights hooked up in the barn so pictures really wouldn't come out very well.
I will get you some pictures hopefully by this weekend if it ever stops raining.

Thank you. This is what I needed. As for the tree. I loaned the AMT to my step son to move rock. I am still unclear how that involved cutting a tree. When asked why he didn't move it out of the way I was told "I didn't think it would fall that way". An expensive lesson for a 15 year old.
Realistically, I need a dash, center column, and side fender, but I am letting those items slide. I might have made a similar mistake when I was his age.
