TH6X4 wiring diagram
Can anybody here help with a scan of the wiring diagram for a TH6X4 with the Kawasaki FD620D gasoline engine?

Chaz, TH's don't have 620 motors in them, at least not in the USA. They have 601 motors here. If you have a TH with a 620 motor, Iam not familiar with that model.

Hmmmm... being a 6x4, I assumed it is a TH since I don't know of any other Gator 6x4. I believe it is about a 1995-1997 model and the engine is definitely the Kawasaki water cooled V-twin.

If it's a '95-'97 it is a 6X4. THs started in 2005, they have 6 wheels but have very few of the same parts that the 6X4 had, and much less of a wiring harness. Maybe someone out there knows a link where a wiring diagram can be found, I do not. If you could explain where you are having trouble, I could maybe help you out with what wire goes where.

Ah, so.... When I bought it, it had been sitting in a shed for many years. The engine had been removed as it had an "unknown fault" - turns out to be a wrecked bearing and seal at the flywheel end. Most of the wiring is missing and whilst most of it is quite basic, I'd like to find some info re connections to the regulator and the ignition unit.

If you have the plugs that go into each unit I can tell you what color wire goes where, but if the plugs are gone it's gonna be tough without a diagram.

If you stil need it I have the book for this gator.. I actually have a 2002 6x4 that has the kawasaki fd620d motor

Hi there, maybe you or somebody else here can clear up some confusion - I've been told that the motor does not have any rubber mounts and just bolts directly on to the floor pan.Just doesn't sound right to me.... can you confirm whether this is so, and if there are supposed to be engine mounts a scan of the appropriate manual page would be much appreciated.

I am in process of removing the motor so i can replace the stator and yes it is just bolted to the frame . When i get back to my other computer i will look in my gator manual for that page
