Hello! I am a lurker here and have decided to take the plunge. Can anyone give me a price/idea on the value of a 1990 JD AMT 622? See ad below. It does not have an hourmeter, but it is a one owner unit. Runs/drives great. Needs a new dash panel and could use a new front (cracked) panel/cover. The owner is asking $2200 firm. I don't think it sold for much more than that 21 years ago? I want to turn it into a yard/neighborhood cruiser. Maybe add a top, stereo and rear lights, plus replace/restore the worn/broken items. Thanks in advance and this is a great site!

  1990 JD AMT 622

Big items on 600/22/26 are both drive clutches and the brake calipers. Clutches are no longer made and there are no parts, so make sure they are in good shape. Calipers are over 300.00 a side bare from Deere. 622 motor parts are available as well as body parts. You mentioned front plastic panel, well over 300.00 without shipping. What's it worth?????? Who knows. If it was a super deal it would have been gone.

I have a JD Gator AMT622 with a blown secondary clutch cant find a new or used one anywhere. does anyone have any ideas where i might find one. dont wanna scrap this veh. other than the clutch it runs great. and is in great shape. thanks in advance.
