I have a 2010 620i Gator bought new One rear wheel bearing was replaced under warranty but now that wheel and the other 3 are all very loose. We ride very little in water
There is no way to adjust or regrease these bearings ANY SUGGESTIONS?

620i wheel bearings
There must be something unique about your Gator, how you are driving it, how you are loading it?? I'm not saying you are doing anything wrong, but maybe different than most Gators are used. This is the firat I had heard of wheel bearing problems with a 620i. We had a 4 X 2 for years that did have a front wheel bearing go out, but it had a lot of miles. They used a common sealed ball bearing that could be replaced in a few minutes, but being the 620i is 4 wheel drive the bearings would be different.
Ours has 400 something hours with no bearing problems.
So far as I know there is no regreasing to be done.
Hope you get it fixed without too much hassle, there has to be a simple solution.
Frank.

620i wheel bearings
Frank
We too have had a number of gators(8)
This 620i has 440 hours and has given more trouble than all the others combined.
I average about 2500 hours on one before I trade
The 4x2s and even the 6X4 never gave a problem with bearings
This 4X4 has 2 roller bearings made together in 1 unit that fits in a housing. The brake rotor and wheel assembly have a hollow shaft that passes through this bearing. Then the splined axle shaft passes from the opposite side through the hollow and has a crown nut to tighten and hold everything in place.
Because there is no way to preload the bearings and because they are so close together it creates a fairly weak design
Surely John Deere has a better way to do this

620i wheel bearings
It's obvious that you hae enough experience to be a good judge of problems so ther probably isn't much that I can add without seeing the situation.
As I said before this is the first I have heard of wheel bearing problems with the 620i.
Ours is one of the very first ones produced, the first ones are usually have the problems.
We traded in an XUV that had a terrible problem with starting when cold, Deere didn't seem to have a fix for it so we gave the Gators onme more chance. I was within an inch of trying a different brand but the fuel injection solved the starting problem.
