Gator tire Troubles
Has anyone experienced tire air loss on their Gator. Both right side tires seem to leak on me.
A tire shop check and they could not locate leak.
Any advice??
Thanks!
Ken

Most of them leak around the rim. Take them off, lay them flat and spray around the rim and tire with Windex or ??? and check for bubbles.

Question:
Are your tires the standard Gator tire or the optional heavy duty tire that was/is available from Deere?
Our HPX had the standard tire, they seemed to have "Mystery" leaks. Our XUV with the heavy duty tires have been problem free.

My knobby tires were leaking at the base of the knobs. You had to flex the knob to see the leak with some soapy water brushed on the area.

I have a 6x4 1990's vintage, was partners with neighbor, ultimately bought his half because he kept lending it out to his friends without letting me know. When I had a leak I put a tube in it, hasn't leaked since. The former part owner shot some sort of slime in front left, only made things worse. If you can find a tube it's a sure fix.

Gator 6 X 4;
The slime crap is best left in the can. I had some injected into a front lawnmower tire once, the tire shop all but refused to work on it. I didn't blame them it was a mess. I've put tubes in several small tires that were constant trouble and had good results.

Yes, I have checked the tires with soap and water, not sure about windex. The though of putting duct tape or goo inside just is not a fix in my opinion.
I will go to JD and get tubed!! Mybe if they do four they might throw me a JD hat!
Thanks for all your replys!!
