 Ability to creep

I have a 1994 Gator 6X4 that had been sitting a couple of years when I bought it. I was able to fix the engine issues and it now runs fine. The problem I now have is that when starting off, it is difficult to start slowly (creep) the unit. Any suggestions?

 Ability to creep

Drive belt worn and/or flat spots on the drive clutch rollers.

Drive belt worn and/or flat spots on the drive clutch rollers. Could be a broken spring in the drive clutch also.

Thanks. I believe the belt is OK but I will check the clutch.

Drive belts are the most common cause! You will find excellent tutorial from a company called Aeen on proper drive belt fit. They are my clutching masters!
