Board Maintenance and Edit Delete Function

I am in the process of trying to fix some errors you probably have been receiving intermittently.

As part of the fix I have clobbered the edit / delete function that we all like so much.

So please understand that I will get that function back ASAP I am not intentionally removing it !!

I have got the edit delete function back, please let me know if you find anything that may not work as a result of these changes.

Thanks go out to ken (kwschumm) for letting me know that the errors were happening on a frequent basis.

I think that most users should see a reduction of errors when loading pages.

Ken,
I have not tested this with a dialup connection like you have, let me know if it works better for you.

I use dial-up through crappy rural phone lines where the connect speed is never greater than 28.8kb. I don't think I've had a software error since last evening. Thanks for the fix.

Dennis, I've pretty much beat the heck out of TractorPoint over the last days since you've made those fixes, and I haven't seen a single error. It looks like you nailed it big guy! Thanks for all your hard work in keeping this the BEST tractor site around.

Now if I could only get off this ()*&$^#()& slow dialup line So Sad

Maybe I'm the only one but my "last word" feature seems to have disappeared along with Mark's four-legged fertilizer spreaders.....

Is it a software problem or just another case of 'a loose nut on the keyboard' ???

The last word list on the Today page is back on track.

It was off as a result of the changes I have made to eliminate some of the error messages you had been receiving.

let me know if any other features are not working as result of the patches I have made.
