 Generator For Sale

If anyone is interested in a diesel stand alone generator in the AR area, I have a good deal for you.

It's a 40kw diesel with automatic transfer switch. Completely and professionally installed, by a licensed electrician. The unit has 213 hours on it and has the auto exercise feature. The total price is $7,000 but does not come with a fuel tank.

If anyone is interested, holler back.

 Generator For Sale

Ken,
No, the guy I bought mine from took this one in on a trade-in on a larger one. Ever who had it built more poultry houses and had to have a bigger generator.

I don't know all the particulars except what I stated above. The guy who has it, Todd Hunsucker of Hunsucker Electric, lives in Waldron AR. If you need a phone #, get back with me.

I'm not making any money off of this deal. I'm just passing on what I think is a heck of a deal (if you need a gen of this size) and Todd is a super nice guy.

That does sound like a heck of a deal. I've been toying with getting a bigger generator that can power the heatpump too. With 40 kW I could power the entire house I think (400 amp service). Now during an outage we always have something we want to run that isn't on the generator subpanel.

The generator is in AR and I'm in OK (about 90 miles away)so no pics. I don't know the make of the engine either. He did say he would probably be getting more of these size generators as trade-ins.

I will tell you one more thing. These setups do not come with a warranty (new ones do). He told me when he sets one up that it's guaranteed to work as it should.

That price did include installation so if you wanted to buy it outright, I'm sure you could save some bucks.
