 Merry Christmas

I would also like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Healthy, Happy New Year.

I would like to say that I hope Earthwrks is correcting everyone's use of the English language and fixing all that mechanically needs fixing in heaven. I still miss his sense of humor and knowledge of all things, especially New Holland.

Merry Christmas Jeff and Best wishes for your family!
Steve

Looks like I'm late to the party as usual.

Hope everyone had a good Christmas and will have a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year.

God bless.

 Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas 2014 to all at TP. Have a great day with your families.

We have a new Labrador pup this year and wanted to delay the annual cut your own tree till later as it is just one more danger that he could get into. Also last year our neighbors house burnt down from unknown causes, so we want to be extra cautious about a live dry tree in the house and not do the 2 months my wife seems to prefer.

So yesterday I hooked the trailer up only to find that the trailer lights were not working. Anyway it took me forever to debug where the problem was. Finally my wife came out and said if I could not fix the trailer we could forego the tree this year.

Well I know that means Dennis you better man up and fix that darn thing and get the tree or you will regret accepting your spouses disingenuous offer. As with most stuff that uses the frame for ground, grounding was one of several things besides loose connections etc. So by the time I fixed it the wife had gone to the Mall 30 miles away.

So at 2:30 I come into the house and make myself a prostate safe salad, in fact two, one for dinner as well. Before I can eat the wife calls and says she left her purse home and needs me to bring it. So I put the two salads in the frig and go bring her her purse.

I get back home an hour later open the frig and find my salads have been taken and now there is only one bowl. And that bowl has been stripped of all the lettuce and just has salad toppings! It seems my daughter has taken singular ownership of any lettuce she has washed, and has reclaimed the lettuce from my bowls as punitive advice to not take her lettuce even though we have a dozen heads of Romaine.

Anyway my son and daughter go get the tree, a huge one which is the opposite of what I want, but the wife wants big, so we go big, and put it up. My work is supposed to end after the tree is up and lighted.

My wife has assured me that she will decorate the tree every year once I do my part. When she gets home yesterady she says she is going go out with a girl friend and watch a fiddle player....

The good news I am not in the dog house... and I can now happily retreat to the basement man cave and watch the recorded football games in peace. Oh the joy!!!!

 Merry Christmas

Glad to see all is well in your neck of the woods Dennis. Look at the bright side you're on the green side of the grass and you still enjoy football.

Merry Christmas to all. Wish all this rain coming would be snow. But can't have everything.
