 Jinma Tractor overheating

Hello all,
I'm new to the site so bear with me.
I have purchased a property that came with what I have come to find out a Jinma 300 series tractor with a Y480 engine. Since I purchased it 2 months ago I have had nothing but problems with it. It is only a 2006 making me believe that it is most likely a low quality machine due to all of its problems. My current issue is with the cooling system.
When I run the tractor at the suggested PTO RPM's while bushhoging or rototilling the tractor heats up fast and blows some antifreeze out of the cap. It also blows antifreeze out at low temps, i.e. within the 40-80 degree celcius mark. Per the suggestion of a local diesel mechanic I tested to make sure the Head wasn't cracked by taking off the radiator cap and holding my hand over the opening making sure that it didn't push my hand off. We're okay there. So I took his other suggestion of taking out the thermostat to see if it would help keep it cool. It has mildly helped. I'm still spitting antifreeze every time I use the Tractor and when I use any PTO driven implement I get about 15 minutes before it heats up into the overheat zone. I'm feeling stumped. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks
Brian
