Yes Chief is better, 2ndHandLion sounded a little sleepy which Randy certainly is not. I think Randy has the record for name changes on TP. Maybe I should make it easier for you all to change your display name, although it does not happen that often.

I agree, even in retirement he's still the "Chief" to me ...
Even though you're likely busier now then when you were 'working' huh Randy?
Mark, you in that boat too ??
I often wonder how I had time to work full-time.
Best of luck.

My maternal grand-father used to joke about his retirement.
First of all he made it clear that retirement itself was his longest standing job, he retired at 65, and lived to 100, he was blessed with a 35 year retirement, all of it in spectacularly good health. He was a soldier for just 25 years, and a police officer for only 22 years after that.
He used to quip that the good Lord must have intended for him to be a retiree, because he gave him so much to do...
I can hardly wait to get my final medical Okey-doke so I can get back to work (full-time) and get some rest. .
Best of luck.

Chief does suit you better than a 2nd hand something or other!!
While Randy and I have crossed paths in our prior lives it is a pleasure to have him return as he really is and may we all see more of the CHIEF!!
With my utmost respect and sincerity,
Dean
