. Anyway I dont know about a large house though with only one. I can say I have had no problems with it and I love the instant hot water. It takes about a minute to cycle and then it stays at that temp until you turn it off. We only use the HOT when taking a shower that is why I have it set at that temp. If I turn it up, WOW you will scald your self!
