Not sure if the plumber there moved from here there or the other way. But, he plumbed at least one, in one restroom in our church in coastal SC.

I know I am missing a real financial opportunity here by sharing this thought and not going to manf myself...or I will get a reply yep they are out there...

Electric heated seats. Seems simple.

If you want a simple one with off the shelf items you should be able to get close with first getting a lid that fits agains the seat with no gap. Then place small heating pad on top of the lid with a cover (this will make it look good and give insulation value) over the lid to hold it in place. Find an old washing machine with the mercury switch that was mounted to the lid and wire it in so it only heats when closed.

Now, please don't rig this so we see it on a murder mystery show.

Living where 30 is cold I have always felt for those in colder climates from years gone by.

This has got to be the best laugh I have had in while thinking on this...

The sink you wanted to use is not the kitchen one is it?
Naw. If you wanted to cut down on dinnger guest just have a toilet seat in the dish strainer drying.

I understand in some of the the formal communist countries toilet seats are missing in motels. Is there where the quick releases are used? Could be advanted there, carry your own..Can see the suitcases with the special compartment. That might be where the money is and not in the seat itself! Then you get into custom designed and fitted models.

And we thought laptop personnal computers were special.

Now to lunch.
